About Artist

Born in 1982, from Shenyang, LiaoningProvince, is a member of PaintingGroup. He currently lives and works inBeijing, China. He graduated fromthe Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2009 witha Master of Arts, majoring inoil painting. His 2011 series “The FloatingScenery” attracted attention fromthe art world. His recent series titled“Blankness” explores Painting andSpace, namely how to integrate painters’ ownexperience with Chinesetraditional aesthetics. To create an interpretation ofPainting and Space withtraditional aesthetics in a modern context.

His works have been exhibited in majorgalleries at home and abroad, such assolo exhibitions in Guangdong Museum ofArt, Today Art Museum, the Galleryin Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, GOME ArtFoundation, XY GALLERY andiSGO Gallery in Hong Kong, as well as groupexhibitions in Zhuzhong ArtMuseum, Linda Gallery, BRIC Art Space in Italy andso on. He has ever beenawarded “Emerging Artist 2007” and “Outstanding Artistof Artand 2015”. Healso delivered academic speeches in Central Academy of FineArts in 2013,and Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 2014. His works now are housedininstitutes as Guangdong Museum of Art, Siemens Group, Hillarie Foundationandso on, and also collected by collectors such as Mrs. ZengQiong, Mr. ZhangRui and so on.
